Average food - taste and spread, had to ask many times for extra bed.

Room was very small....so not so comfortable.....but washroom size gud and very comfortable......specially for those with a baby.

Room size a bit bigger wud had been more comfortable and happy.

Staff were very co-operative, staff like Priya, Sangita were very helpful.

The AC's get turned off during night time.

The property is easy to access and lesser traffic around. Rooms are good with very reasonable prices. Staff are very polite and helpful.

The staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful, especially the staff at the reception Mr.Dinesh and the staff at the restaurant.

Kitchen ventilation has to be improved, as the food odours are all over the restaurant and other areas in the hotel.

In my breakfast buffet onion chutney (Red one) was spoiled I told to the service person in the dining area and it was immediately taken out I request the chef to check all the items before it is kept on the buffet table apart from this incident everything else was very good

We stayed there for 3 nights, 4 days during our soth India tour in Dec’2020. Hotel infrastructure was good, much space for car parking. Security checks were performed for vehicles entering the premises. The sanitation of bags was done with UV rays. Rooms were good, well maintained and well furnished. Service was good. The hotel staff was doing multitasking during this pandemic. They looked to be working hard. Under recreation facility there were indoor games like chess, carrom, table tennis, X box. Swimming pool was however not open. The area for restaurant as well as kitchen was spacious. Food was good and tasty. There were many items on the menu for the breakfast. However there were fewer choices on vegetarian menu for curries during lunch or dinner. The menu card was paperless and to access menu card a QR code was scanned. They were delivering food in the rooms and option to have it in restaurant was also available. There was a little delay once in food delivery for dinner. But they compensated it with no charges after escalation. The delay could be because of limited staff and multitasking being done by the employees. Cleanliness and sanitation was well maintained. All precautionary measures and norms applied during pandemic were followed by the staff. There were sanitizers all around with sensors to avoid contacts. Hotel Location was excellent. It was in the outskirts of the city, good for tourists as Mahabalipuram town was just 30 KM from the hotel and Kanchipuram was just 75 Km from the hotel. Chennai city is around 40 KM from the hotel. It was also good for business trips as its in an IT park. There is a beautiful view from road along the coast to reach Mahabalipuram if you travel from Hotel by nearest road.
